Just wanted to thank Josef for creating this summit. I’ve learned so much from the speakers and here are a few things that I noticed for me and may help others:
A. Black pepper aggravates the stomach, at least for me, even more than chilli flakes. There’s no difference if the black pepper is added during the cooking process or after. I know many ppl who have had H. Pylory attest to that. For me, I usually vomit or get severe stomach aches, so I suggest avoiding it, if possible.
B. Store bought bread, I get a really intense side pain that only passes when I pass gas. Found out it is caused only from store bought bread, more times than not it’s not caused by home baked bread or bread from bakeries. I usually just eat crackers, something to try if you can’t stop gluten.
C. I can’t stop dairy completely due to a risk of osteoporosis. I found that different brands make cheeses differently. For example, cottage cheese, at least in my country, can be made of 3 ingredients or 7, the 3 ingredients one usually causes less to no stomach problems, at least not to me, even though i am lactose intolerant. So check what the cheese is made of, the more natural, the less symptoms, from what I observed.
D. I take vitamin D b4 I go to sleep and walk around the house for 10-15 min, this helps me to become more tired and sleep faster. I wouldn’t leave the house as the change of clothes, etc. wakens you up. I suggest during the walk to listen to music or talk about something not stressing with someone, just to calm yourself down.
I hope this helps even one person.
